     Noah Case was born on 4 October 1719. He was the son of John Case and Abigail Humphrey. He married, at age 20, Miriam Holcomb, age 20, daughter of Ens. Joshua Holcomb and Mary Hoskins, on 5 May 1740 in Simsbury, Hartford Co., Conn.. He died in 1797.

     Bathsheba Holcomb was born on 3 January 1721/22 in Simsbury, Hartford Co., Conn.. She was the daughter of Ens. Joshua Holcomb and Mary Hoskins. She died before 1727 (not named in fathers will).

     Katharina Cole was born in 1884 in Germany. She married Joseph Sebastian Hamberger, son of Sebastian F. Hamberger and Mary Meaney. She died in 1935 in Utica, Oneida Co., New York.

     Mary Hamberger was born on 1 June 1910 in Utica, Oneida Co., New York. She was the daughter of Joseph Sebastian Hamberger and Katharina Cole. She married Arthur R. McGee in 1946. She died on 12 August 1983 in Utica, Oneida Co., New York, at age 73 without issue.

     Arthur R. McGee married Mary Hamberger, daughter of Joseph Sebastian Hamberger and Katharina Cole, in 1946. He died in 1961 in Utica, Oneida Co., New York.

     John Ramsdell was born in 1602 in England.^1,2 He married Priscilla (__?__) circa 1640 in Lynn, Essex Co., Mass..^3,4 He died on 27 October 1688 in Lynn, Essex Co., Mass..⁵

     Probably of England, in 1657 John, then "age 55" testified that twenty-five years earlier, he, along with his master Captain Turner and other inhabitants of Lynn, had "fenced in Nahant." This would date his immigration at about 1632, and possibly earlier as it appears he was an indentured servant to Captain Turner who had arrived in New England in 1630.
     John was probably single upon his arrival and probably took up his residence immediately as one of the first settlers at Lynn, where he remained for the rest of his life. He was a husbandman or farmer, owning property in the "Rumney Marsh" area of the part of Lynn that is now Saugus. As early as 1641, John was serving as a juror for both the General Court and on the Grand Jury. He was called as a witness in a number of cases. One of particular interest was the case against "Robert Burgis of Lin" for "bad and course grinding of both English and Indian corn". On 25 June 1650, John Ramsdell and Jenkin Davis were sworn as constables for Lynn.
     John married, by about 1640 Priscilla, whose last name is unknown. John and Priscilla would have at least fours sons and several daughters. Unfortunately, records are sparse and the family is constructed through land records which name his sons and refers to his "natural daughters", names not mentioned.
     In 1675, John made an agreement with his son Acquilla, arranging for the transfer of various lands in the vicinity of Rumney Marsh to Acquilla in consideration of his agreeing to care for John and his wife until their death. After their deaths, Acquilla was to compensate his brothers and sisters with a money settlement. Priscilla died in 1675/76 and John died thirteen years later in 1688, at age "86".
